It is used to refer to someone who is a flirt in a nice way. Literally meaning a person with many hearts. If anyone knows the opposite of that I would love to know! I know that this is not really a proper jai word – so not really relevant here, but a phrase I heard this week ใจละลาย as in ดูเขาและใจละลาย It’s one of those phrases that I can’t see me ever using but I just love the sound of it jailalaay – heart melts.
